1. What is your delivery time within India?
Parcels usually reach within 5-7 days of ordering. However, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
2. I want to return my order. What do I do?
Please note that as a policy, we don’t offer any returns or exchange. However, if the product you received is wrong, tampered or damaged, please write to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at Merimothailand@gmail.com. Please do send a picture and Opening Video of the products as attachment. Our customer service representative will guide you through the process and your item(s) will be replaced subsequently. Any complaint received beyond 7 working days shall not be entertained.
